All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail  1st Class or Special Delivery.
We also ship to Europe at £8.00 per order, and to the rest of the world for £10.00 and the item/s will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For.
Standard delivery is 1-5 working days, with the exception of specific lines such as custom orders.
Once your ring is ready, you will receive notification of dispatch via email to alert you of delivery.

Return Instructions
Follow the easy steps below to return a product:
- Contact us to receive a returns/exchange form.
- Package your return item. Please make sure to package your purchased item well!
- Ship the item back to us. Please note that The Wedding Rings Co. is not responsible for the loss of or damage to items during the returns shipping process, so make sure you insure your items and send it with registered mail.
- To speed up the return process please send us the tracking number once you have sent back your exchange/return.

If an item is returned (or an order is cancelled), The Wedding Rings Co. will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 21 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account.
If a ring is exchanged more than once, a handling fee may apply.
Please note that engraved rings can only be returned or exchanged if there is a fault with the ring. In some cases we may be able to do this for a fee, depending on your purchase.
